Badula Espumante Reserva, a White Sparkling Wine DOC DO TEJO from the 2022 vintage, is crafted from Chardonnay and Arinto grapes, combining the freshness of the Portuguese variety with the sophistication of the French. Using the traditional method, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by 18 months of ageing, ensuring complexity and refinement.With an alcohol content of 12% and just 1.6 g/L of residual sugar, this sparkling wine is dry and elegant. It showcases a pale yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh aromas highlight citrus notes and subtle hints of toasted bread, a hallmark of its extended bottle ageing. On the palate, it is vibrant, with marked and balanced acidity, delivering freshness and a prolonged, elegant finish.Limited to 5,000 bottles, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with starters, seafood, light dishes, or as a toast to special moments. Serve between 6º-10ºC to fully enjoy its qualities.
