Brejinho Branco Gewurztraminer is a fresh and complex wine made from Gewurztraminer grapes. The grapes were hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC-15ºC to preserve varietal characteristics.With a pale straw colour, it offers exuberant floral and spicy aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, with excellent acidity, a marked structure, and remarkable ageing potential. It pairs wonderfully with fish dishes.
