Brejinho Comendador Red is a sophisticated and unique wine made exclusively from Baga grapes. The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel lagares at controlled temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC, ensuring elegance and aromatic expression.With an intense garnet colour, it reveals aromas of vegetal, balsamic, and ripe red fruit notes. On the palate, it stands out for its elegance and depth, finishing with a refined fruity profile reminiscent of its coastal origin. Perfect for pairing with meat dishes and exceptional national cheeses.
