Brejinho Espumante Brut is made from Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Trincadeira grapes, hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve varietal aromas. The initial alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC-14ºC to maintain freshness and aromatic elegance. The second fermentation was carried out in the bottle using the traditional method, with 20 months of ageing and manual riddling, resulting in a refined sparkling wine. With a bright, clear appearance, it showcases a pale straw colour with greenish reflections. Aromas of floral notes and dried fruits emerge from its bottle-aged complexity. On the palate, it is vibrant, featuring fine, voluminous bubbles, refreshing acidity, and perfect balance. The finish is long and persistent, making it ideal for celebrations and pairing with light dishes.
