Brejinho Moscatel Roxo is a sweet and complex wine made exclusively from Moscatel Roxo grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo an extended maceration of five months in vats with wine spirit. This is followed by a minimum of five years of ageing in old French oak barrels, which imparts depth and character.With an intense topaz colour and greenish reflections, it boasts extraordinary and evolved aromas of dried fruits, roses, rosemary, and honey. On the palate, it is luscious and fresh, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, leading to a long, high-quality finish. Ideal for pairing with desserts and cheeses.
