Brejinho Tinto Alicante Bouschet is a robust wine crafted exclusively from Alicante Bouschet grapes. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC-26ºC to preserve the elegance of its aromas.With a deep garnet colour, it offers rich aromas of jam, black fruits such as plum, along with hints of toast and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with well-structured tannins and a long, persistent finish. Perfect for pairing with meats and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
