Brejinho Tinto Colheita is a vibrant and balanced red wine crafted from Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully selected, then gently pressed at the winery to preserve their varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was conducted in stainless steel lagares at controlled temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC, ensuring the wine's elegance and aromatic characteristics.This wine showcases a bright and appealing violet hue. On the nose, it delivers rich aromas of strawberry and cherry, accompanied by subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and inviting, with red fruit flavours harmonised by refreshing and balanced acidity. The finish is aromatic, long, and persistent, reflecting the wine's sophistication.An excellent pairing for meat dishes, grilled or roasted, it also complements traditional Portuguese cuisine beautifully, thanks to its freshness and versatility.
