Lote 5 Red is an elegant wine from the Douro region, crafted from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca grapes. The vinification is done in traditional lagares with foot treading and strict temperature control. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and refinement.It features soft tannins and a good structure, with prominent ripe red fruit flavours and an elegant fruity aroma. With a bottle ageing potential of up to 6 years, it is ideal for pairing with traditional Portuguese dishes. Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC for the best experience.
