Monte da Ria Espumante Baga & Arinto Brut is made from a blend of 60% Arinto and 40% Baga, offering a sparkling wine that delivers fresh fruit aromas with floral hints. Its vibrant acidity and complexity that develops with time make it a great choice for pairing with seafood, fish dishes, lighter meats, and cheeses. It can be enjoyed immediately or stored for a short period, allowing its complexity to grow both on the nose and in the mouth.With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it should be served between 6ºC and 8ºC to maintain optimal freshness. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, well-ventilated area, away from direct light, with stable temperature and humidity. It is also ideal to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
