Monte da Ria Espumante Rosé Baga Brut is exclusively made from the Baga grape, a traditional variety from the Algarve region. This sparkling wine offers excellent freshness, with distinct floral and fruity aromas, making it a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, fish dishes, lighter meats, and cheeses. It can be enjoyed immediately or stored for a short time to develop greater complexity in both aroma and mouthfeel.With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it should be served between 6ºC and 8ºC for optimal freshness.
