The Monte da Ria Rosé Estate Blend is a rosé wine from the Algarve, with 12.5% alcohol, crafted from Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional grapes. It has a salmon colour, with fresh and young red fruit aromas.On the palate, it is fresh and persistent, with an excellent balance between natural acidity and body, and the mineral and salty character of the Algarve terroir standing out in the wine's freshness.Best enjoyed immediately or kept for up to 2 years. This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, shellfish, and white meats. Serve at 8ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, clean, well-ventilated place with stable temperature and humidity.
