Pinto do Areeiro Pét Nat is a natural sparkling wine made through the ancestral method, combining 50% Azal and 50% Arinto. The fermentation occurs naturally, without subsequent filtration, ensuring an authentic wine with minimal sulfite addition. The fine lees remain in contact with the wine, resulting in a delicate and persistent bubble.
The nose is marked by biscuit aromas, integrated with fruity notes typical of Azal and Arinto, such as green apple and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is soft, with a fresh and balanced acidity, making it very enjoyable and persistent.
With 12% alcohol, this versatile wine is ideal to be served between 8 and 10ºC. Its natural freshness pairs well with tapas, seafood dishes, and roasted meats. It is recommended to be consumed within 2 years of bottling. Store bottles horizontally, in a cool, dry, and light-protected place.
