On the nose, it displays citrus and light fruit aromas, with a strong mineral component typical of the Encruzado grape. The palate is balanced, with crisp acidity and a distinctive minerality, leading to an elegant and persistent finish.
Due to its winemaking process, this wine is enjoyable now but also has excellent aging potential. With 14% alcohol, it pairs beautifully with seafood, fish dishes, or lighter meats.
