The Quinta Dom Vicente Tinto "Field Blend" is an expressive and well-balanced red wine, made from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen grape varieties. It stands out for its deep colour and the intensity of youthful red fruit, which blends harmoniously with a fresh and floral profile. A brief ageing in wood introduces delicate sweet notes, enhancing its complexity and refinement.On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with natural acidity bringing vibrancy and balance. The finish is long, fresh, and persistent, highlighting the characteristic minerality of Dão wines. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it can be enjoyed now or aged in the bottle for further evolution. Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Pairs perfectly with meat dishes, cured sausages, and aged cheeses.
