The Quinta dos Termos White DOC is produced in the D.O.C. Beira Interior region, sub-region Cova da Beira, from traditional grape varieties such as Síria, Fonte Cal, and Arinto. The grapes are grown in granitic soils of low fertility, which provide a slow and balanced ripening process, ideal for producing fresh, elegant wines.After manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes, the grapes undergo total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by clarification using gravity for 18 hours. Fermentation occurs between 20°C and 22°C, with aging in stainless steel, resulting in a fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced wine.It features a citrine colour with greenish highlights and an attractive aroma of fresh fruit. On the palate, the aromas are confirmed with intensity, complemented by good acidity.Best served between 8-10°C, it pairs perfectly with strong fish dishes, bacalhau, and polvo à lagareiro.
