The Quinta dos Termos White Sparkling Brut Natural is a true originality from D.O.C. Beira Interior. Made from a unique blend of red and white grape varieties such as Baga, Rufete, Fonte Cal, and Síria, this sparkling wine follows the traditional method of production, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and manual riddling, which gives it complexity and elegance. The grapes are carefully selected to ensure excellent acidity, and the disgorging process is done with the wine itself.
This sparkling wine has a citrine colour and a brilliant appearance, with very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas with a subtle floral note reminiscent of Cardo Serrano, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is very tasty, with fresh and elegant acidity, making it particularly versatile and gastronomic.
