The Solar da Ria Tinto Touriga Nacional Grande Reserva is a red wine made from 100% Touriga Nacional, one of Portugal’s most iconic grape varieties. Sourced from the Algarve region, this wine presents a beautiful blend of ripe red fruit aromas, such as cherry and raspberry, intertwined with sweet and spicy notes from oak aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft and well-integrated tannins, offering a smooth and balanced experience, thanks to the excellent harmony between acidity and structure. The finish is long and persistent, with a subtle hint of salinity reflecting the region’s limestone soils and proximity to the sea. This wine has excellent aging potential and can be cellared for several years. It should be served at 16ºC, with an alcohol content of 15.5%. Perfect for pairing with roasted meats, sausages, and aged cheeses.
